Llanfair Caereinion Show - Trade Stands Application Form

Application for Trade Stand Space at the Llanfair Caereinion Show on Saturday 5th September 2026 .
The Show is again at Llysun, Llanerfyl, SY21 0EL on the A458. We encourage you to return this as soon as possible to secure your preferred space, as pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and demand is expected to be high.

Stands are 10m deep unless otherwise agreed. The following rates apply to the length of frontage:
Minimum frontage is 3m = £30 (1 pass), 5m = £50 (2 passes), 10m = £100 (4 passes), 15m = £150 (5 passes). Larger space will be £10 a metre.
NB. Each Pass will allow 1 person into the show.
If you require extra passes they can be prepurchased at £10 each.
If you require a different space to those quoted contact the Tradestand Secretary regarding your requirements.

or send to the above address with cheque payable to Llanfair Show by 22nd August 2026.
There will be a competition for the Best Trade Stand, with two sections for large and small stands.

I confirm that I have Public Liability Insurance and if a food retailer I am registered with the local authority and certificates will be
available for inspection, if necessary. A fire extinguisher will be available on the stand.
