Top Tray Class is for three vegetables chosen from the following eight. Numbers to be as in brackets:

(3) Carrots without top foliage(leaf stems to be
trimmed to not more than 3ins in length)
(3) Onions
(3) Parsnips without top foliage
The outside of the tray must not exceed 18ins x 24 ins and all vegetables must be displayed within the confines of the tray. Garnish with parsley is allowed. A black base cloth is permitted. |
